EY is seeking a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing for the Life Sciences sector. The role focuses on leading technology-enabled transformation to improve plant performance, quality, compliance, and supply reliability in regulated environments.

You will work with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device manufacturers, guiding workstreams from assessment through solution design, implementation, testing, adoption, and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-facing manufacturing, digital, data, or technology workstreams through design and deployment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or comparably regulated manufacturing environments.
• Translating manufacturing needs into process, functional, data, integration, or testing deliverables.
• GxP, data-integrity, validation considerations relevant to digital solutions.
• Ability to travel 80–100%.

Responsabilités

• Lead client-facing life sciences manufacturing transformation workstreams with clear ownership of plans, deliverables, risks, decisions and outcomes.
• Assess current-state production and quality processes, data flows, and site constraints through workshops and data analysis.
• Translate priorities into designs, requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable improvements.
• Develop functional designs for batch execution, electronic batch records, recipe management, genealogy, and connected-worker workflows.
• Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC and cloud/edge platforms.
• Define and review data mappings, master-data needs, interface specifications, and data-quality controls for reporting and AI use cases.
• Oversee testing, deployment readiness, training, cutover support, hypercare, and handover for your workstream.
• Facilitate working sessions across manufacturing, quality, IT, data and technology-vendor teams; manage scope and risks.
