EY in the United States seeks a Manager to lead technology-enabled transformations in Life Sciences manufacturing. You will guide client-facing workstreams, translate plant-floor needs into actionable requirements, and coordinate with automation, data, and cybersecurity specialists to improve plant performance, quality, and supply reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business, or a related discipline.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing technology, or related field.
Experience leading a client-facing manufacturing, digital, data, or technology workstream through design and at least one deployment.
Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical-device or similarly regulated environments.
Ability to translate manufacturing needs into process, data, and testing deliverables.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with ownership of plans and outcomes.
Assess current-state production processes and data flows to identify gaps and improvements.
Translate priorities into functional designs, acceptance criteria, and measurable improvements.
Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and OT/IT systems with specialists.
Define data mappings and data-quality controls for analytics and AI use cases.
Support analytics and AI use cases with data readiness and workflow fit.
Oversee testing, deployment readiness, training, and handover for the workstream.
