Job summary

EY is seeking a Life Sciences Manufacturing Manager to lead technology-enabled transformation workstreams across pharmaceutical and medical-device sectors. You will coordinate MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and OT/IT systems to improve plant performance, quality, compliance, and supply reliability.

You will drive analytics and AI use cases, translate plant-floor needs into actionable requirements, and ensure validation and regulatory alignment across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business, or related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences manufacturing or related field.
• Experience leading client-facing manufacturing/digital/AI workstreams through design and deployment.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Ability to translate needs into process, data, and testing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with clear ownership of plans and outcomes.
• Assess current-state processes and data, translate priorities into designs and criteria.
• Develop functional designs for batch execution, electronic batch records, and related capabilities.
• Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and OT/IT systems.
• Oversee testing, validation readiness, training, and handover for the workstream.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions and manage scope, schedule, and risks.
