Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking an energetic Inside Sales/SDR to drive lead generation and qualification efforts in a fast-paced environment at our Irving, TX location. You will conduct outbound outreach, qualify inquiries, and schedule discovery calls while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

You will use CRM and engagement tools to track activity, collaborate with Marketing and Field Sales, and contribute to meeting weekly KPIs. Some travel and a dynamic team setting are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of inside sales, sales development, or tele-prospecting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high outreach volume while staying organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling, emailing, and social outreach to target accounts or customers.
• Qualify inbound leads and respond to inquiries with speed and professionalism.
• Research prospects to understand business needs, buying triggers, and decision-making structures.
• Maintain a high volume of outreach while ensuring quality conversations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to follow up on campaigns and content-driven leads.
• Support Field Sales with account research and stakeholder mapping.
