Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Manager, Specialist Solutions Architect to lead a Life Sciences–focused team of specialists, driving technical wins and Databricks adoption across the vertical. You will guide delivery teams, partner with pre-sales and post-sales leaders, and influence strategic initiatives that accelerate consumption of the Databricks platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience building and guiding teams.
• Experience designing large-scale solutions within healthcare and life sciences.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
• Experience in senior pre-sales or post-sales roles in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS.
• Background in Data Engineering / Database technologies or Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Hire and build the Specialist Solutions Architect team.
• Drive product adoption and accelerate use cases to production in Life Sciences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, Operations and other FE teams.
• Mentor and scale field/technical teams in a hyper-growth environment.
