Databricks, a leader in data and AI, seeks a Manager of Specialist Solutions Architects to lead the Life Sciences team, guiding cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, and Operations. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in leadership within healthcare or life sciences, strong regulatory knowledge (HIPAA/GDPR, HL7/FHIR/DICOM), and experience scaling
Qualifications
- 2+ years leadership experience building and guiding teams.
- Expertise in designing and implementing complex, large-scale solutions in healthcare and life sciences.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR and industry standards like HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
- Experience in senior pre-sales or post-sales roles in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS.
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM or MSc desirable.
Responsibilities
- Hire and build the Specialist Solutions Architect team.
- Scale the designated field engineering segment without sacrificing quality.
- Foster a collaborative culture within a hyper-growth team.
- Drive product adoption and accelerate use cases to production in Life Sciences.
