CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Utilities Scheduler/Planner to coordinate and optimize maintenance for critical building systems in a life sciences setting.

You will collaborate with engineering, facilities, and vendor teams to create and manage schedules that minimize downtime and maximize performance. The role emphasizes organization, problem-solving, and driving efficiency in a collaborative, day-shift environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Aufgaben

• Develop, manage, and maintain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules for critical building systems and infrastructure.
• Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and other downtime to minimize business interruption.
• Coordinate work orders, service requests, and planned maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and minimal operational disruption.
• Schedule and track maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and other hard services assets.
• Partner with engineering teams, vendors, and facility leadership to prioritize work based on risk, business impact, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor maintenance backlogs, resource availability, and labor utilization to optimize workforce efficiency.
• Maintain accurate asset, maintenance, and scheduling data within the CMMS/work order management system.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules and performance reports.
• Formulate and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
• Oversee and inspect the work performed by engineering staff.
• Confirm that work is complete, equipment is fully functional and client space is in prime working condition.
