The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and efficiency with a 12-hour shift pattern (A shift: 12-hour days on a 3-2-2-3 cycle). You will troubleshoot, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and support essential production and research activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficient operation.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials; keep workplace clean and safe.
• Review building systems like fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation within design specs.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
• Impact activities within own team and related teams within broad guidelines.
