The role oversees a team of technicians, focusing on reliability, performance, and compliance of critical systems in a controlled environment. The position emphasizes mentoring technicians, driving preventive maintenance, and collaborating with site leadership to deliver outstanding facility performance in a global industry leader.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of job-related experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to solve unique problems with innovative solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Highly organized with an inquisitive mindset and strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast workload demand and project deliverables with technical leaders.
• Manage workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team.
• Resolve conflicting priorities with business leaders.
• Coordinate the team’s daily activities and schedules.
• Develop new methods to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Demonstrate expertise in the function and related disciplines.
• Coach others to build knowledge across the function.
