Jacobs seeks an experienced EPCM Project Director to lead complex industrial facilities projects from planning through commissioning. You will drive scope, budgets, schedules and contracts, mentor PMs, and ensure safety across sites while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in EPCM, with 5+ years in data centers or advanced manufacturing, and an ability to travel to project locations as needed. Hybrid working options apply for this role in the United States.

Formación

• 15+ years in EPCM project management for industrial facilities.
• Minimum 5 years in Data Centers, Advanced Manufacturing or similar sectors.
• Mentor PMs and project engineers; strong safety culture.
• Experience managing multi-office or international projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EPCM project delivery including scope, budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Develop proposals and estimate hours for design, procurement, and CM services.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to project teams and client relationship management.
• Monitor financial and technical performance to ensure project success.
