Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced EPCM Project Director for the Life Sciences sector in North America. You will lead planning, engineering, procurement, construction management and commissioning on large-scale facilities, guiding multi-office teams to meet scope, budget and schedule targets.

In this hybrid role, you’ll mentor PMs, manage client relations, and drive design and execution excellence. A strong safety culture and 15+ years in Life Sciences EPCM are expected, with travel to project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management.
• 15+ years managing EPCM Life Science facilities.
• Mentor for PMs and Project Engineers.
• Strong safety culture on design and site work.
• Experience with multi-office projects (potentially international).
• Knowledge of Life Science infrastructure, process, utilities and support facilities.
• Experience in design project cost management including forecasting and earned value.
• Proven ability to develop proposals and client solutions.
• Program Management experience including Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management and Commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project teams and staff development.
• Oversee budgets, reports, contracts and schedules.
• Lead EPCM delivery for Life Science facilities.
• Build strong client relationships and leadership within the team.
• Motivate and guide project teams to exceed objectives.
