Job summary

Performance Development Group (PDG) is seeking a 1099 Engagement Manager to lead the full lifecycle of client engagements in life sciences projects. You will partner with sales, manage resources, budgets, and timelines, and drive client satisfaction through strong project leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in learning project or account management, outstanding communication, and proficiency with PM tools; PMP is a plus. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in life sciences project management or sales performance solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PM tools like Smartsheet or MS Project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of client engagements from sales through closeout.
• Foster client relationships and ensure service levels and satisfaction.
• Coordinate onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Plan work, schedules, and risk mitigation; optimize utilization and margins.
• Monitor budgets, burn rates, and contract work orders; report forecasts.
• Apply PDG processes to drive quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business development to identify new opportunities.
