Job Description:
Client Delivery
- Autonomously lead and execute projects to exceed their initial value propositions
- Work independently or within a team to diagnose client challenges, identify, implement, and transition solutions for lasting improved performance.
- Collaborate with clients to co-create transformative strategies, driving meaningful action and change within their organizations.
- Serve as an effective strategic leader, working alongside senior management and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results.
Client and Account Management
- Oversee project teams, taking top-line responsibility for client satisfaction.
- Establish trusted relationships across all levels of client organizations, connecting strategy to operational transformations that meet business objectives.
- Ensure efficient cash flow management through timely submission of time and expenses.
Growing the Business
- Build and nurture trust-based networks that naturally evolve into client relationships as you assume greater business development responsibilities over time.
- Promote the expansion of engagements and accounts through exceptional project delivery, opportunity identification, and escalation with account managers.
- Support and lead business development efforts, from proposal creation to securing new engagements.
Internal Strategy and Infrastructure
- Contribute to and lead internal initiatives aimed at growing and continuously improving the firm’s operations and strategies.
- Participate in recruiting efforts to identify and hire exceptional talent.
- Operate as an owner/operator within the business, demonstrating a strong commitment to the firm's overall success.
- Proactively drive your own development across multiple areas of expertise.
- Welcome and support new employees through onboarding activities, fostering a collaborative environment.
Experience & Educations Required:
- Minimum 3 years of direct industry experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, or CDMO sectors.
- At least 3 years of Life Science Management Consulting experience.
- Proven track record of delivering consultancy projects from inception to completion.
- Expertise across one or more segments of the life sciences value chain: Research, Development (Clinical), Technical Operations (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics), or Commercial.
- Demonstrated high-value contributions to past clients or employers.
- Experience in two or more of the following areas: Program Management, Project Management, Organizational Change Management, Analytics and Data Visualization, Digital Transformation, Organizational Strategy, and Capability Building.
