Job summary

Sedulo Group in the United States seeks a Client Engagement Manager to lead day-to-day project delivery in life sciences strategy and intelligence. You will guide analyst teams, design research plans, and synthesize complex data into strategic insights for executive audiences.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing outputs, and supporting business development while coordinating budgets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required.
• MS/PhD or MBA preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in life sciences consulting, competitive intelligence, or strategic insights.
• Demonstrated success managing client engagements and leading project teams in pharma/biotech.
• Strong understanding of drug development processes and therapeutic landscapes; ability to deliver executive-level deliverables in PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from project initiation through delivery, as the primary day-to-day contact.
• Design comprehensive research plans aligned to client objectives, coordinating with research specialists.
• Guide, mentor, and oversee analyst teams across research, analysis, and deliverable development.
• Synthesize complex scientific, clinical, and commercial data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Develop and deliver client-ready outputs including strategic landscape assessments and monitoring reports.
• Lead scenario planning workshops with clients.
• Drive project management activities: setup, resources, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Foster strong client relationships and support business development through proposals and industry events.
