Job summary

Avid Solutions Inc. is seeking an entrepreneurial Project Manager (PM) focused on Business Development (BD) with a strong background in Life Sciences operations.

You will manage projects, engage clients, and drive growth by uncovering opportunities with existing and new clients. The role blends project execution with commercial discussions and requires hybrid work in RTP with up to 10% overnight travel in North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Life Sciences project management with business development experience.
• Ability to engage clients at manufacturing sites and identify opportunities.
• Proficient in project management techniques, scope, schedule, risk and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with execution team and engineers to deliver projects on time, within budget and scope.
• Travel to client sites to assess projects and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Manage deliverables including FS, HDS, SDS, drawings, IOQ protocols, and control strategies.
• Draft project management plans, track changes, and interface with clients to gather requirements.
• Attend meetings and assist estimating teams with new opportunities and change orders.
