Job summary

Accenture is hiring an operations and logistics engineer in the United States to redesign distribution centers, build ROI-driven models, and lead capital programs across FDA/EMA environments. You will partner with IT, Quality, Manufacturing and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant, efficient designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience in regulated distribution centers and capital projects.
• Experience with live operating environments and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational assessments and redesigns for life sciences distribution centers.
• Design future-state layouts and material handling strategies with ROI focus.
• Build simulation models to validate design decisions and capacity.
• Lead capital project workstreams from design to commissioning.
• Collaborate with IT, Quality, Manufacturing and Regulatory teams.
• Develop readiness plans, staffing models, and KPI frameworks.
• Apply analytics to surface opportunities and drive improvements.
• Contribute to business development with insights and proposals.
