Accenture is seeking an operations and logistics engineer to redesign live distribution centers, optimize material flow, and manage capital programs with FDA/EMA regulatory readiness. You will build simulations, develop readiness plans, and collaborate across IT, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams to deliver measurable improvements.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, anchor on cGMP environments, and driving value through data-driven decision making within a consulting setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on warehouse, distribution, or logistics engineering with outcomes.
• Experience redesigning live DC operations and capital programs.
• Designing new or expanded DC facilities with floorplan and flow definition.
• Regulated industry experience (cGMP) with FDA/EMA exposure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12y).

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and redesign of life sciences distribution centers.
• Design future-state layouts and material handling strategies; quantify ROI.
• Build and run simulation models to validate design decisions.
• Lead capital projects with milestones, IQ/OQ/PQ, vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with IT, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams.
• Develop readiness plans, staffing models, and KPIs.
• Use data analytics to surface opportunities and drive improvement.
