Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager to lead compliance-driven fulfillment transformation for Life Sciences. You will drive product traceability, distribution compliance, GDP-aligned operations, and import/export management across global supply chains.

You will work with SAP EWM, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, and other platforms; travel up to 75% is expected; partner with clients to build intelligent, regulatory-aligned logistics networks and advance AI-enabled automations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years delivering fulfillment or supply chain programs in life sciences or consulting.
• Experience leading product traceability and distribution compliance programs with GDP and GxP.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of traceability and distribution compliance programs across pharma and medical devices.
• Drive AI-enabled fulfillment transformation with automation and analytics.
• Design and implement cold chain distribution networks for pharma/devices.
• Lead import/export compliance workstreams across FDA/CBP and cross-border docs.
• Oversee warehouse management system transformations (SAP EWM, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
