Job summary

Accenture is hiring for a senior MedTech ERP/Supply Chain role in the United States. You will lead engagements across ERP strategy, design and delivery, from current-state assessment to implementation of next-generation solutions.

You will partner with SAP, Oracle, and MES teams, applying design thinking and agile methods to build scalable, AI-enhanced delivery. Expect travel up to 75% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience in either consulting or industry in life sciences technology supply chain and manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Techno-functional mix – ability to speak both business and technical languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements in MedTech ERP strategy, design and delivery (SAP S4 and Oracle Fusion).
• Assess current-state processes, systems, and data models.
• Design and implement next-generation technology solutions.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners (SAP, Oracle, MES).
• Provide industry thought leadership on MedTech ERP and best practices.
• Work with cross-functional Accenture teams to bring AI to delivery and solutioning.
• Own client deliverables, roadmaps, business cases, solutions, operating models.
• Own client business development, RFPs and sales.
