Job summary

Revvity, based in Lafayette, CO, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to interface with internal and external customers, process orders accurately, and resolve queries to help meet sales goals.

You will maintain sales data across systems, deliver timely customer experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have 2+ years in customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the life science industry preferred.
• Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in a timely and accurate manner with the commercial team.
• Update and maintain sales data in the appropriate software systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and responsiveness.
• Develop the ordering process to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Build strong knowledge of products and shipping requirements through collaboration with shipping/logistics.
• Follow SOPs for accurate and timely entry of all orders.
