Job summary

Omiz Staffing Solutions (OSS) seeks an experienced Salesforce / Veeva CRM Consultant to drive Life Sciences CRM initiatives. You will translate business needs into functional specs and support end-to-end CRM delivery.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations, covering HCP/HCO engagement, territory management, call planning, and field-force optimization, with strong focus on UAT and documentation.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM.
• Support CRM implementations, enhancements, configuration, and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations.
• Support pharmaceutical CRM processes, including HCP/HCO engagement, territory management, call planning, account management, and field force operations.
• Conduct business process analysis, gap assessments, and impact analysis.
• Develop functional documentation, user stories, workflows, and process maps.
• Coordinate with technical and QA teams to support solution delivery.
• Drive functional testing, UAT, defect management, and post-implementation support.
• Strong functional consulting experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Veeva CRM.
• Prior experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Biopharmaceutical industry.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations and CRM business processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications, process analysis, and UAT.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical CRM solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Plus: Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
