Omiz Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.

You will work on Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative tooling, building integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware, while ensuring strong security and data governance. Collaboration with analysts and QA is essential for delivering robust deployments and continuous improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Flow, triggers, platform events, and declarative automation.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, profiles, and data access.
• Experience with testing, debugging, deployment, and release management.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control and CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional delivery.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
• Develop Salesforce solutions supporting pharmaceutical commercial operations, HCP/HCO engagement, sales effectiveness, and CRM.
• Configure and develop custom objects, fields, validation rules, Flows, approval processes, triggers, and platform events.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Work with Salesforce data models, SOQL/SOSL, data migration utilities, and data quality frameworks.
• Implement Salesforce security controls, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and RBAC.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, product owners, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support deployments, release management, CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
