Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead life sciences construction projects in the San Diego area. The role requires coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with project specifications.

You will manage project planning, safety programs, documentation, and cost tracking using Procore and standard PM tools. A strong healthcare project track record and formal CM education are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in commercial construction with healthcare/biotech exposure.
• Degree in CM, Civil, Arch or related field preferred; certifications beneficial.
• Proven ability to lead healthcare construction projects with multi-site oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, coordination with owners, architects, engineers and subs.
• Oversee contract administration, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.
• Utilize Procore and PM tools to track RFIs, submittals, inspections, and reports.
• Commit to safety, QA/QC reviews, and regulatory compliance.
