Qualifications

• Certifications related to HCAI/OSHPD compliance and safety are beneficial.
• Experience as lead superintendent on healthcare construction projects.
• Proven track record managing projects >$2M.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track project activities and compliance records.
• Provide direction to subcontractors and field teams; liaise with owners, architects, engineers.
• Negotiate subcontracts, purchase orders, and vendor contracts; resolve disputes.
• Use Procore and PM tools to track costs, RFIs, submittals, and inspections.
• Maintain insurance certificates and compliance documents; monitor safety and quality.
