Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a large-scale life sciences and advanced manufacturing construction program in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. This client-facing role delivers cost management across multiple capital projects from planning through closeout.

The candidate will manage estimates, reporting, and cost controls, coordinating with project teams and vendors to ensure value and compliance with SOX controls where applicable.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 3–5 years of cost management experience in construction.
• RICS accreditation is valuable or working towards it.
• Experience supporting cost management on medium or large construction projects.

Responsabilidades

• Advise client on strategies, manage vendor prequalification, assess bids, and chair bid interviews.
• Develop project estimates for construction, fees, direct costs, and other expenses; review junior staff estimates.
• Manage cost reporting: schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers; present to client.
• Oversee cost control: assess payment applications, change orders, and contract disputes; ensure accuracy.
