Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a major capital construction program, including life sciences manufacturing. You will work closely with project stakeholders to deliver complex projects across development phases and ensure robust cost control and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a degree in construction-related fields and 3–5 years of cost management experience, with strong communication and procurement knowledge. On-site presence may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant cost management experience in construction.
• RICS accreditation is valuable.
• Experience on medium to large construction projects such as manufacturing or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Advise client on strategies, manage vendor prequalification, bids, and bid leveling; chair interviews; oversee appointments.
• Develop project estimates for construction, fees, direct costs; present estimates and value engineering to client.
