• Bachelor’s degree in construction management related to cost management or surveying.
• RICS accreditation is valuable or to be pursued.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Advise client on strategies and manage vendor prequalifications and bid processes.
• Develop project estimates including construction, fees and direct costs; review junior team estimates and present to client.
• Establish cost reporting schedules, review budgets and forecasts, and maintain risk registers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management
