The role involves shaping operating models, governance, and capabilities across marketing, brand, IT and sales to unlock value in regulated environments.

You will engage senior client stakeholders, craft roadmaps, and drive change management while delivering industry-leading digital solutions and new commercial operating models.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years marketing transformation experience specifically in Life Sciences.
• Experience with tools used by Life Science commercial orgs – Veeva, Adobe, SFDC, Anthropic and Open Evidence.
• Minimum 3 years consulting as a marketing strategist or defining process and organizational design solutions.
• Experience in Personalization, Operating Models, Omnichannel, Tagging & Taxonomy, Marketing & Brand Strategy, Pharma media, Brand launch, SEO and GEO.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape marketing transformation engagements for Life Sciences clients.
• Develop operating models, governance, and organizational designs across marketing, brand, IT and sales.
• Drive client value through strategic roadmaps, training, and change management in regulated environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build digital marketing solutions and improve commercial performance.
