Qualifications

6+ years of life sciences commercial experience across asset/brand strategy, launch, portfolio growth, marketing, market access, patient services, or related topics.
5+ years of strategy consulting or equivalent internal strategy experience.
Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead client workstreams to define commercial strategy and transformation in life sciences.
Assess market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
Translate strategic recommendations into enterprise implications across operating model, governance, and capability.
Explore AI, analytics, automation, copilots, and agentic workflows to improve decision-making and execution.
Facilitate client discussions, synthesize research and data into executive-ready recommendations.
Manage day-to-day client relationships and guide analysts/consultants to deliver high-quality outputs.
Shape value propositions and KPIs for leadership with a focus on growth, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
