Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years marketing transformation experience specifically in Life Sciences.
• Minimum 3 years consulting as a marketing strategist or defining process and organizational design solutions.
• Experience with operating models, omnichannel, and data-driven marketing.

Responsibilities

• Rethink go-to-market for Life Science clients and optimize campaigns and performance.
• Develop new operating models and organizational structures across marketing, sales, and IT.
• Lead change management, training, and rollout plans in regulated environments.
• Gather client insights to design roadmaps, organizations and operations improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading digital solutions.
• Engage with senior clients to propose solutions and drive value.
