Accenture is seeking a Principal Director to lead Life Sciences Supply Chain transformations for top clients in North America. You will drive sales origination and end-to-end project delivery, leveraging PLM/CMC, data as a product, and AI-enabled business transformations.
Travel up to 75% is expected. The role requires 8+ years in Life Sciences transformation, 5+ years in management/strategy consulting, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- 8+ years in Life Sciences transformation and technology advisory across value chain
- 5+ years in management consulting/strategy consulting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years) work experience
Responsibilities
- Lead sales origination and project delivery in Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing with focus on PLM and digital CMC
- Support sales and delivery of business and technology transformations using industry expertise in PLM, CMC, tech transfer, data as a product, and AI-enabled work
- Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharma, biotech, MedTech and beyond
- Manage business development opportunities end to end with innovative solutions for clients
- Lead global Accenture teams to deliver project work leveraging AI and effective communications with senior client stakeholders
