Job summary

Bristlecone seeks a Client Partner – Life Sciences (West) to lead a portfolio of life sciences client relationships, driving growth, strategy, and value delivery. This role collaborates with senior executives and cross-functional teams to align engagements with client needs and firm capabilities.

The Client Partner oversees delivery quality, financial integrity, and opportunities for expansion, requiring deep industry knowledge and proven leadership in matrix environments.

Qualifications

• Relevant undergraduate degree required with advanced degree preferred.
• Unparalleled client relationship skills and business acumen – you must be able to earn Trusted Advisor status with all clients.
• At least 10 years of experience in presenting to and working with senior level client contacts.
• At least 5 years recent experience in growing and managing customers in Lifesciences, Med devices, Biotech domain.
• Experience working in a matrix environment and managing teams within a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own overall client satisfaction and the continuing growth and evolution of the clients through successful delivery and strong relationships.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, providing leadership and direction focused on delivering value and quality, mentoring employees for growth.
• Engage with executives to set expectations, reinforce value, and drive cross-sell opportunities at C-level.
• Oversee commercial aspects including contracts, pricing, profitability, and revenue forecasting.
• Plan and forecast revenue growth to achieve net revenue and margin targets and drive account plans and strategies.
