Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks a Life Sciences Business Development Executive to own growth across Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices and Clinical Research. You will build a book of business, develop client relationships, and drive revenue with autonomy and support from Green Key’s tools and team.

The role targets professionals with 3–8 years in agency BDE within Life Sciences, offering a base of $70k–$90k plus an attractive commission structure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical sales/business development.
• Prior staffing/agency experience is required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with market trends, client needs, and revenue goals.
• Build and expand relationships across Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, Clinical Research, and related sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements across perm, temp-to-perm, project staffing, and contingent workforce solutions.
• Sell to clients including pharmacists, biometrics, clinical research, commercial sales, drug safety nurses, and site-level leadership.
• Partner with recruiters to align BDE efforts with talent delivery.
• Provide consultative guidance on market trends, compensation, and career pathways.
• Collaborate with internal leaders to assess hiring needs and support vertical expansion.

Education

BA/BS degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related fields
