DLA Piper is seeking a Senior BD & Marketing Coordinator for the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors. You will partner with firm lawyers and the Marketing & BD Department to drive marketing, business development, and client outreach initiatives across multiple offices.

The role requires a self-starter with strong analytical skills, collaboration, and a track record in professional services marketing. A hybrid work arrangement is available, with offices nationwide and a focus on measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3 years of direct experience in marketing and business development in a large law firm or professional services environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams.
• Collaborative team player with self-starting approach and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supports client targeting and cross-selling initiatives.
• Supports sector events, industry sponsorships, and webinars.
• Collaborates with Pursuits & Directories on content for RFPs and pitches.
• Manages and updates marketing collateral, pitch materials, and website/social media content.
• Tracks experience and credentials across firm systems and base slides.
• Contributes to marketing campaigns and targeted client outreach.
• Gathers data to measure ROI and coordinates internal/external communications.
