Job summary

DLA Piper seeks a Sr BD & Marketing Coordinator for the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors to collaborate with lawyers and the Marketing & BD Department to advance marketing and business development initiatives. The role requires a proactive, detail-focused professional who can partner with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

You will manage collateral, assist with events and webinars, and help measure ROI while maintaining CRM data and submissions for pitches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3 years of direct experience in marketing and business development in a large law firm or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports client targeting and cross-selling initiatives.
• Supports sector events, industry sponsorships, and webinars.
• Collaborates with Pursuits & Directories on content for RFPs and pitches.
• Manages, updates, and develops marketing collateral, pitch materials, and website and social media content.
• Tracks and maintains experience and credentials across firm systems and base slides.
• Contributes to marketing campaigns and targeted client outreach as a cross-functional team member.
• Gathers and maintains data points to measure ROI.
• Coordinates internal and external communications, including client alerts, newsletters and ads.
• Masters firm systems (CRM and experience database) to harness client intelligence and create efficiencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
