DLA Piper is seeking a Senior BD & Marketing Coordinator for the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors. This role collaborates with firm lawyers and the Marketing & BD Department to advance marketing and business development initiatives across key sectors.

You will partner with marketing, BD, admin and executive teams to drive objectives, manage campaigns, and coordinate client outreach while maintaining system data and collateral quality.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3 years of direct experience in marketing and business development in a large law firm or professional services environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams; CRM and experience databases are beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Supports client targeting and cross-selling initiatives.
• Supports sector events, industry sponsorships, and webinars.
• Collaborates with the Pursuits & Directories team on content generation for RFPs and pitches.
• Manages, updates, and develops marketing collateral, pitch materials, and website and social media content.
• Tracks and maintains experience and credentials across all subgroups in firm systems and base slides.
• Contributes to marketing campaigns and targeted client outreach as a cross-functional team member.
• Gathers and maintains data points to measure ROI.
• Coordinates internal and external communications, including client alerts, newsletters, press releases and ads.
• Masters firm systems, such as CRM and experience database, to harness client intelligence and create efficiencies in process.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
