• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of direct marketing and business development experience in a large law firm or professional services environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports client targeting and cross-selling initiatives.
• Supports sector events, industry sponsorships and webinars.
• Collaborates with Pursuits & Directories on content for RFPs and pitches.
• Manages marketing collateral, pitch materials and website/social media content.
• Tracks experience and credentials across firm systems and bases slides.
• Contributes to marketing campaigns and targeted client outreach.
• Gathers data points to measure ROI.
• Coordinates internal/external communications, client alerts and press releases.
• Masters CRM and experience database to enhance client intelligence and efficiency.
