Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of business development experience.
• Life sciences sector experience.
• Law firm environment experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex BD projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and research databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic BD initiatives for Life Sciences practice.
• Advise life science partners with market insights and growth strategies.
• Identify events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate to identify cross-selling opportunities and pursue new engagements.
• Maintain partner networks with regular touchpoints with clients and referrals.
• Prepare pitch materials and responses to RFPs.
• Plan local life sciences events with marketing.
• Disseminate thought leadership to elevate visibility in Life Sciences space.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM, client lists, BD activity logs.
• Monitor industry trends and key ecosystem players to identify new opportunities.
