Catalyx is actively seeking enthusiastic sales professionals to join a fast-paced Business Operations and Technology Sales Team. The ideal candidate will drive new business within life sciences and regulated industrial automation, building relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

Responsibilities include needs assessments, coordinating with marketing and inside sales, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in life sciences or regulated industrial automation environments.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets as a hunter and new business driver.
• Existing network of life sciences contacts across engineering, operations, quality, procurement, or technical leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities within life sciences and CPG sectors.
• Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct needs assessments and translate customer objectives into Catalyx solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Inside Sales to develop campaigns supporting growth.
• Position Catalyx portfolio including real-time process control, robotics, machine vision, and digital line clearance.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, pricing, negotiation, and close.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales Engineering and Solution Architects to prepare scopes of work and demonstrations.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene, CRM updates, and forecasting accuracy.
