Job summary

Slalom seeks a dynamic Global Life Sciences / Pharma Leader to set the vision and steer growth across markets. You will guide strategic business and technology transformations, working with senior execs to define needs and build capabilities that accelerate client success.

You will mature the Life Sciences community, oversee industry offerings, and ensure cross-functional alignment across business processes, data, and technology to drive enterprise performance.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Life Sciences/Pharma or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead strategic growth and transformation initiatives.
• Experience advising senior executives on business and technology transformations.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and direction for Global Life Sciences/Pharma at Slalom; define targets and strategy.
• Partner with account leaders to develop growth plans and drive accountability.
• Advise clients on business and tech transformations with senior leaders to shape capabilities.
• Develop the Life Sciences/Pharma community and industry offerings.
• Ensure connections between processes, data, technology, and people to improve performance.
• Foster partnerships with Global Partners to serve Life Sciences clients.
• Lead within the Global Industry Community and embody Slalom’s values.
• Contribute to business development and multi-market solutioning discussions.
