Job summary

Slalom is seeking a dynamic Global Life Sciences / Pharma Leader to drive growth and transformation for Life Sciences clients. You will set the vision, lead strategic initiatives, and oversee initiatives across research, development, marketing and distribution.

You will build and mentor a broad expert community, align capabilities with client needs, and partner with global teams to accelerate value. This role requires strong leadership and travel readiness to support client engagements.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in Life Sciences / Pharma.
Experience presenting at industry conferences or publishing in industry outlets is preferred.
Willingness to travel ~60% to visit clients and offices.

Responsibilities

Set the vision and direction for Global Life Sciences / Pharma at Slalom and establish industry targets.
Partner with account leaders to develop growth plans and drive targets.
Advise clients on business and technology transformations with senior leaders to understand key drivers and needed capabilities.
Mature our Life Sciences / Pharma community and expand our experts and offerings.
Ensure the interconnections between business processes, technology, data, and people to drive enterprise performance.
Drive connections and strategy with Global Partners to best serve Life Sciences / Pharma clients.
Lead within the Global Industry Community and model Slalom's core values.
Contribute to business development and solutioning across markets & clients.
