Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced change management practitioner to deliver transformation workstreams in Life Sciences. You will conduct stakeholder mapping, readiness assessments, and develop targeted communications to adoption-focused audiences.

Role involves cross-functional collaboration, support for BD activities, and travel up to 80% depending on client needs, with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in change management, OD, or HR transformation in consulting or industry.
• Experience with change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and readiness assessment.
• Experience creating change communications for functional audiences.
• Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent methodologies.
• Strong written communication for audience-appropriate materials.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce design and change delivery across transformation workstreams.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and readiness surveys.
• Develop change communications and adoption materials for audiences.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead.
• Coordinate with Learning & Development to align activities with training.
