Accenture is seeking a strategic leader to drive workforce change management for AI-enabled transformations in Life Sciences. You will guide organizational design, stakeholder engagement, and capability transitions while collaborating with AI Innovators and Process Blueprint teams.

With 8+ years in workforce strategy and strong client-facing leadership, you will navigate ambiguous environments and build durable client relationships, traveling up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, or talent transformation in consulting or industry.
• Proven experience leading change management programs for technology or AI-driven transformations.
• Experience redesigning roles and capabilities across large-scale process and technology changes.
• Familiarity with Life Sciences workforce dynamics and organizational structures.
• Strong client-facing communication skills at VP or functional leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change agenda for the pod's engagement and define evolving roles as AI takes over tasks.
• Own the workforce transition strategy for the pod's scope and coordinate timing with technology implementations.
• Collaborate with Process Blueprint Lead and AI Innovators on organizational implications of design decisions.
• Develop communications and stakeholder engagement materials for the pod's leadership audience.
• Monitor adoption signals and surface resistance patterns early to mitigate delivery risks.
• Contribute workforce insights to the enterprise AI Transformation Office.
