Qualifications

• 8+ years combined experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, or talent transformation in consulting or industry

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change agenda for the pod's engagement and define how roles must evolve as AI takes over tasks
• Own the workforce transition strategy and ensure change lands with the technology
• Coordinate with the Process Blueprint Lead and AI Innovators on organizational implications
• Develop communications and stakeholder engagement materials for the pod's functional leadership
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns early to prevent delivery risks
• Contribute workforce insights to the enterprise-level AI Transformation Office
