Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Change Management professional to support workforce design and transformation in its Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will run stakeholder assessments, develop adoption materials, and coordinate with training teams, with travel up to 80% depending on client needs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional delivery, strong communications, and experience with AI-enabled transitions in Life Sciences.

Qualifications

3+ years in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation.
Experience with change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and readiness assessment.
Experience developing change communications and adoption materials.
Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent methodologies.

Responsibilities

Support workforce design and change management delivery across pod workstreams.
Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness surveys.
Develop communications and adoption plans for functional audiences.
Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead.
Coordinate with Learning & Development to align change activities with training.
