Qualifications

Experience in account management or client service within life sciences, healthcare, or related fields.
Strong coordination skills: organizing tasks, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent business communication: written, verbal, presentations, client interactions.
Ability to analyze client needs, interpret data/reports, and develop practical solutions.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device development; eClinical or content solutions a plus.
Comfort with technology platforms used in global content and clinical operations.
Proven ability to work on-site with teams and clients in Greater Philadelphia.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
