TransPerfect is seeking an Account Manager in Philadelphia to cultivate client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate solutions across our language services and technology platforms. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with speed, accuracy and excellent service.

In this role you will collaborate with internal teams, present proposals, negotiate terms, and help clients achieve measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about translation processes and timelines.
• Coordinate with production to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Understand industries TransPerfect serves and stay updated on trends.
