Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, is hiring an Account Liaison to manage key customer accounts, guide order fulfillment, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, mission-driven culture. This on-site role reports to the Manager, Account Services and can be based in Coralville, Iowa or Raleigh, North Carolina.

Qualifications

In this role, experience managing customer relationships and order fulfillment is required.
Ability to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain rapport with assigned accounts and provide timely order management support.
Gather and verify customer requirements for quotes and orders.
Create accurate quotation offers and order records across IDT systems.
Ensure order acceptance and fulfillment per commercial agreements and commitments.
Plan and facilitate conference calls for assigned accounts.
