We seek a Senior Project Manager - Operations to lead large strategic initiatives within the Operations PMO, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as project management, operations, business, or engineering.
• Project management, DBS certification (visual project management, problem solving, daily management).
• Minimum five years of project management experience.
• Experience with PM methodologies/tools; proven track record leading process improvement, operational change, and manufacturing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage global operations projects across multiple functions, driving process improvements, operational efficiency, and scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and resource needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for effective execution and issue resolution.
• Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate through governance channels.
• Provide clear and timely project status reporting with milestones and delivery health.
• Ensure projects follow defined delivery methodologies, standards, and governance processes.
