Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Senior Project Manager - Operations to drive large cross-functional projects onsite in Coralville, IA and other locations. The role focuses on delivering outcomes on time and within budget through standardized governance.

You will plan, execute and monitor projects, manage risks and dependencies, and lead process improvements across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, operations, business, engineering (required).
• DBS certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Minimum five years as a project manager in relevant industries.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage global operations projects across functions.
• Develop and maintain project plans including scope, schedule, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for execution and issue resolution.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies and escalate through governance channels.
• Provide clear status reporting on milestones and delivery health.
• Ensure adherence to defined delivery methodologies and governance.
